In spring 2012, Cloud 9 Tshirts was born in a spare bedroom. Siobhan Ortega, a mom seeking a creative outlet, taught herself how to rhinestone shirts. After a successful community fundraiser with over 700 shirts sold, the business took flight. What Sets Us Apart: Quality Products and Service. We’re dedicated to delivering top-notch spirit wear.
