Product Care

A little care can go a long way in helping your Cloud 9 products look their best and last as long as possible. Because care needs vary by product, this page includes specific instructions and important information for different items we offer.

Please review the section that applies to your purchase before use, washing, display, storage, or outdoor placement. Following the recommended care guidelines can help protect your product from unnecessary wear or damage.

Yard Signs

Yard Sign Care Instructions

Our yard signs are made for outdoor display, but severe weather can damage any outdoor sign.

For best results:

•Place signs on level ground and press stakes firmly into the soil.

•Avoid areas with heavy sprinkler exposure or standing water.

•Remove signs during high winds, thunderstorms, hail, or other severe weather.

•Do not pull or carry the sign by the stake.

•Keep signs away from lawn equipment, vehicles, and high-traffic areas.

•For added security, place signs closer to your home rather than near the street when possible.

•Store signs flat and dry when not in use.

Important Yard Sign Disclaimer

Cloud 9 Tees is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to weather, wind, hail, flooding, lawn equipment, improper placement, bent or broken stakes, theft, vandalism, or other conditions outside of our control.

Outdoor signs can blow over, bend, fade, become damaged, or be stolen. Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and removing signs when severe weather or high winds are expected.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your sign arrives damaged or there is a printing or production error, contact us promptly with photos so we can review the issue.

Personalized Order Disclaimer

For customized signs, please carefully review all names, numbers, dates, graduation years, spelling, capitalization, and other personalization before submitting your order.

Cloud 9 Tees is not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer.

If a replacement is needed because of customer-submitted information, changes made after production begins, or a change such as a new jersey number, a replacement may be available at an additional cost.

If the mistake is ours or the printer’s, we will work to make it right.

Apparel Care

Rhinestone & Vinyl Apparel Care Instructions

Rhinestone and vinyl apparel requires a little extra care to help protect the design, adhesive, and garment. Following these instructions will help keep your Cloud 9 apparel looking its best for as long as possible.

Washing:

Turn the garment

inside out before washing

Wash using

cold or warm water only

Use the

gentle cycle

Do not

use bleach.

Do not

apply pre-wash treatments, stain removers, or similar products directly on or around rhinestones.

Avoid fabric softener when possible. If used, use only a very small amount. Fabric softeners can deteriorate or soften the adhesive used to secure rhinestones.

Drying

Air drying is recommended

whenever possible.

If using a dryer, use a

low-heat setting only

Do not use high heat.

If a Rhinestone Becomes Loose

If you notice a loose rhinestone, it may often be reheated to reactivate the adhesive.

Make sure the garment is completely dry.

Turn the garment inside out.

Set an iron to

medium to medium-high heat

Do not use steam.

Place the iron directly over the back side of the area where the loose stones are located.

Press and hold for approximately

20–30 seconds

Lift the iron straight up.

Do not slide or move the iron across the fabric.

Allow the area to cool completely before handling or wearing.

Important Care Note

Rhinestones, vinyl, and other garment decorations can be damaged by excessive heat, harsh chemicals, improper washing, or repeated heavy wear. Following the recommended care instructions helps preserve both the garment and decoration.
